What platforms do you post to?

Every plan includes Facebook and Instagram. Both platforms are fully covered — no upsells, no add-ons. Every post is designed natively for each platform's format and audience.

Do I need to provide photos or content?

No. We design everything from scratch using your brand colours, fonts, and style guide. You fill in a short onboarding brief when you sign up — that's all we need. If you have your own photos you'd like us to use, you're welcome to share them, but it's never required.

How does the approval process work?

At the start of each month we deliver a full content calendar — every post designed and captioned. You review it, leave feedback, and we revise. Once you approve, everything gets scheduled automatically. You won't need to think about it again until next month.

When will I receive my first content?

Your first content calendar is delivered within 5 business days of completing your onboarding brief. We send the brief within 24 hours of your first payment. Most clients are live and posting within the first week.

What does the onboarding look like?

After signing up you'll receive a brand brief — takes about 15 minutes to complete. We ask about your business, tone of voice, target audience, competitors, and visual preferences. That's all we need. There's no lengthy onboarding call required, though we're happy to jump on one if you'd like.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no lock-ins, no cancellation fees. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. We earn your business every month — not through paperwork.

Do you use templates or create original designs?

Everything is designed from scratch for your brand. We don't use Canva templates or recycle content between clients. Each post is built to match your specific brand guidelines, tone, and audience — so your feed looks uniquely yours.

Does the price include ad spend?

No. Our plans cover organic content creation and scheduling only. Ad spend for boosting posts or running paid campaigns is paid directly to Meta and is not included. If you're interested in paid social, ask us about our Meta Ads management service.

Who creates the content — AI or real designers?

Real designers and copywriters. Every post is created by our team of experienced creatives who specialise in social media content. We may use AI tools to assist with ideation and efficiency, but all final designs and captions are human-crafted and reviewed before delivery.

What makes Social Marky different from other agencies?
